For the following types of summarized field result (or MDBP Summary), if the Number of Samples Exceeded is greater than 0, the Level Complied is No.
AVGT - Average Turbidity generally collected at the Combined Filter Effluent (CFT)
CLO2 - Entry Point Chlorine Dioxide
CLO3 - Entry Point Chlorite
EPRD - Entry Point Residual Disinfectant Concentration (RDC)
MAXT - Maximum Turbidity of a single sample generally collected at the Combined Filter Effluent (CFT)
OTHR - Other
SERD - State Entry Point Residual Disinfectant Concentration (RDC)
SDRD - State Distribution Residual Disinfectant Concentration (RDC)
95PT - 95% Turbidity Level type of summarized field result (or MDBP Summary), if the percent of Samples Exceeded is greater than 5%, the Level Complied Indicator is No.
DSRD - Distribution Residual Disinfectant Concentration (RDC) type of summarized field result (or MDBP Summary), if the percent of Samples Exceeded is greater than 5% in this summary and the summary for the previous monitoring period, the Level Complied Indicator is No.
IFT - Individual Filter Effluent Turbidity type of MDBP Summary, if the answers to any of the questions concerning sample results exceeding levels is Yes, the Level Complied is No.
MRDL - Chlorine/Chloramine Maximum Residual Disinfectant Level (MRDL) type summary, if the Running Annual Average is greater than the level set for chlorine or chloramines in the Facility Analyte Level (FANL) for this water system facility, the Level Complied is No.
